Yesterday's tele class was Evaluating Student Work with Differentiated Scoring (also known as the 'Rubrics Class' within the VLC)- participants learned how to create rubrics, scoring guides, checklists, and other forms of assessments that measure what students have learned while participating in student-centered activities. Models were shown during the day, and online access to information about scoring guides was given. Stacey taught the class and I caught the participants as they broke into groups for discussion:

Abhijeet Bhattacharya refuses to judge Pakistani singer Mussarat in Zee's 'Ek Se Badhkar Ek'

Abhijeet Bhattacharya - one of the judges of Zee Tv's Reality Show Ek Se Badhkar Ek refused to judge a contestant Mussarat Abbas just because he is from Pakistan. Due to this he was fired from the show... but now he will continue to judge

Abhijeet Bhattacharya, the judge of Zee’s Ek Se Badhkar Ek took a stand that he will not judge Mussarat Abbas contestant of 'Sa re ga ma pa challenge 2007' just because he is from Pakistan. After Mussarat entered the show in wild card entry Abhijeet went to the extend of leaving the show. Alka Yagnik was contacted to join the show as a judge. Abhijeet asked Zee TV to throw him(Mussarat) out of the show if they wanted him in the show. Zee TV could not take such injustice and did not think twice before showing him the door out of the show due to his behavior and fired him. They contacted Alka Yagnik to judge the show who agreed to do so. Later Abhijeet said he will continue to judge the show, and this is the latest news!! According to our reports Abhijeet was shown the exit door from the show or in other words he was fired but Abhijeet denies that and says who are they to fire me. Later Abhijeet was heard shouting "THE SHOW MUST GO ON".

Initially Abhijeet showed his displeasure to Zee Tv over the entry of Mussarat. But no one paid heeds to his demand. Later during the shooting of the episode Abhijeet refused to give marks to Mussarat and asked his co-judge Ahmed to mark him for the rest of the show. In front of everyone and camera he said whenever Mussarat will sing he will not mark him as he does for other contestants. Before this also he had once asked Aneek Dhar not to sing blockbuster song "Pehli Nazzar" from Race on this show because it is sung by Pakistani singer Atif Aslam. This is simply ridiculous. This is atleast not expected from someone like him. For your information let me say Atif Aslam is such a famous and talented singer that Indian Music Directors went to Pakistan to record his songs when Atif did not get his VISA. This is the first time in the history of Indian Television a judge wants to leave a show because of a contestant.

According to the format of the show a jodi comprises of one singer and one dancer and after the performance they are supposed to choose any one judge whose marks will be counted. Generally the singers choose Abhijeetda and the dancers choose Ahmedbhai. But Abhijeetda simply refused marking Mussarat. His dancing partner Sanober Kabir voiced her opinion and said she will also not receive any mark from Abhijeet ever in the show.

Before this he had once asked Aneek Dhar not to sing the song blockbuster song "Pehli Nazzar" from Race because it is sung by Pakistani singer Atif Aslam. This is simply ridiculous. This is atleast not expected from someone like him. This is the first time in the history of Indian Television a judge wants to leave a show because of a contestant. Only fault of Mussarat was that he is from Pakistan.

Amidst all the buzz making rounds that the singer has been replaced by Alka Yagnik as judge in Ek Se Badhkar Ek, Abhijeet confirms to us, “Yes, I will be continuing as judge in the show. After all, it is my baby; Ahmed and I have taken extra care that the show is clean devoid of vulgarity. So as a judge, I will move on”. When asked whether this means he will now judge Mussarat, he says “I had a talk with the channel authorities and we have come to a mutual decision. As Abhijeet the person, I stand by the ideologies I have even today. But the judge in me will rate Mussarat and the show will go on!!”.

Tarun Mehra, Business Head, Zee TV further confirms this and says, “Yes, we have amicably sorted things out. Abhijeet will be continuing”. When put the same question whether he will now judge Mussarat, Tarun Mehra comes up with a quick reply, “He has to judge him!! as a judge he needs to keep the show’s format in mind!!”.

The handsome Karan Grover of Saarthi fame is back to television with Sahara One’s Woh Rehne Wali Mehlon Ki!!

“This break really did wonders for me”, exclaims the actor. “I had really gone out of shape last year, but then got working on my fitness; even traveled quite a lot”, says Karan. The actor will play the main lead opposite Neha Janpandit aka Rani in the serial that has taken a generation leap just last week! Karan is very happy to have got into Rajshri Productions, “They are so organized and disciplined. I really love the peaceful working environment there”.

Ask him about his successful record of sharing an exemplary on screen chemistry with newcomers, the actor laughs and quips, “I am set to make a record here, just wait!! When I did Saarthi, both Neha Devi Singh and Zalak Thakkar were new to the industry, and so was Adita Wahi. Ashima Ballal was also a fresh face when I worked with her in Meri Awaaz Ko Mil Gayi Roshni. The same trend continues as I am cast opposite a new girl Neha here”. With a grin on his face, he adds on, “But I give all credit to the women for the amazing on-screen chemistry we have had”.

Talking about his character in Woh Rehne Wali, Karan says, “I play the quiet and reserved Rishabh who has an arranged marriage with Rani, i.e. Neha Janpandit. This guy has a very rugged look and is quite mysterious in nature owing to a bad past, yet is a positive character for sure! After marriage, Rani helps him to come out of his problems and this is when the love story between Rishabh-Rani will start”.

Ask him whether he aims to get back to reality shows, the actor who is quite adventurous in real life is quick to say, “I would love to host, but not participate in the singing/dancing shows. Rather, I would want to try my luck in shows like Fear Factor”.

His comeback into television would surely make his fans really happy!!

*Wikipedia: El término Generación X se usa normalmente para referirse a las personas nacidas en los años 1970.

Siempre me ha parecido una chorrada como una casa el rollo de la generación X, pero cada vez soy más consciente de ella.

Principalmente creo que es un fenómeno provocado por la publicidad, ahora los que pertenecemos a la equis somos constantemente reivindicados por grandes campañas de publicidad y marketing de monstruos como Coca-cola, Telefónica, etc... Somos el objeto de sus campañas, sus targets más ansiados.

Ahora que creo y comulgo con el concepto de que somos una generación marcada claramente por una época de transición política, económica y cultural. Una generación que ha crecido y vivido entre las nuevas libertades y la consciencia de que todo tiene un precio, que a nuestros padres no les regalaron nada, que teníamos que aplicarnos para conseguir lo que ellos nunca pudieron soñar, ahorrar para tener algo seguro en la vida, un sitio donde caerse muerto, que hay que respetar a los mayores, que hay que aparentar ser lo que no eres para ser respetado y a la vez sentirse super orgulloso de uno mismo. Ahora que nuestra generación se mueve entre dos grandes bloques sociales antagónicos, la generación que vivió directamente la represión, la censura, y los problemas económicos y políticos de la España franquista y la "generación Y" que es tremenda.

Entre esas dos fuertes corrientes adversas está mi generación, muy carca para los jovenes y muy libertina para los cuarentones... que cruz!

Igual que ahora nos podemos identificar como target publicitario sobretodo en la televisión, fue este medio el que forjó una forma de ser y pensar muy característica, fue el apogeo de la caja tonta lo que nos hizo crecer entre realidad y ficción, fuimos espectadores de excepción de una evolución social, hemos vivido en primera persona la implantación de la tecnología en todos los ámbitos de la vida, estoy convencida de que para un generación Y no hay conciencia real de que hace 10 años apenas se tenía acceso a internet, algo impensable hoy por hoy. Si te perdías un capitulo de tu serie favorita, la habías cagado, no tendrías ninguna posibilidad de verlo a no ser que algún colega del cole lo hubiera grabado en vídeo (vhs, beta o video 2000).Si tenías un ordenador eras el puto amo aunque lo único que pudieras hacer con él fuera jugar al Out run, a La pulga, o a La Abadía del crímen. Yo recuerdo como si fuera ayer, la tarde que dibujé mi mano del Club super 3 para ganar el guante, lo hice junto a mi amiga Mireia y a ella si le llegó el guante y a mi no, yo estaba delante de la tele el día 11 de febrero del 1991, tenía 12 años y vi Bola de Drac. Y tengo un serio trauma porque nadie recuerda El planeta imaginari.

Somos nos guste o no, la generación del pop rock español, a ver quien no ha canturreado a Duncan Dhu, a Cristina y los subterráneos o a Mecano (blergh) ... a mi me marcó mil El último de la fila, y tengo horribles reminiscencias cuando recuerdo a Miguel Bosé y tengo un terrible recuerdo del Lady Lady de Bravo (1984). Por favor quien tiene criterio antes de los 10 años, como evitar los cassettes de Los Chunguitos o del Junco (The Junk) en el Seat 127 de mi madre??? Como no iba a comprar la Super Pop! no deseaba ser una marginada social, incluso tenía mi ídolo/amado favorito en Campeones! No me explico como pude llevar super orgullosa una cinta de Emilio Aragón a unas colonias del cole, que aunque ahora me joda fue la sensación del momento, y aunque mi criterio era escasisímo también llevé el Ben Endins de Sopa de Cabra que no está nada mal...

En fin... a pocos días de que me caigan 30 años, con la sensación de que pertenezco a una generación a la que le han vendido la moto con qué lo hemos tenido todo muy fácil... no lo creo la verdad, creo que nos han jodido pero bien y ahora nos intentan timar con anuncios molones, ochenteros y nostálgicos. Supongo que en cierto modo somos tan pasotas y abstencionista porque vivimos en ...

When the theaters are crowded with crazed Batman and Mamma Mia! fans, I will stay home and watch washed-up reality stars compete for $250,000 in spitting and back stabbing contests.

Benoit Brunet remplacera Yvon Pedneault au hockey du Canadien à RDS

J'en avais soupé de Yvon Pedneault à RDS comme analyste des matchs du Canadien de Montréal.

Mais est-ce qu'on a vraiment améliorer le sort du téléspectateur avec Benoit Brunet comme remplaçant de Pedneault.

J'en doute.

Brunet est trop conservateur et c'est un ancien joueur donc en partant ses opinions seront souvent biaisées pour laisser la chance aux joueurs.

De plus Brunet était contre la fusillade, chose la plus spectaculaire au hockey pour décider du gagnant.

C'est Danny Dubé qui aurait dû être considéré. Malheureusement on va devoir se contenter de Big Ben.

Dommage!

Smriti Irani chats with Sibaish Tinsel Town after her comeback to Kyunki

Smriti Irani does not mince words when she says that she was unceremoniously kicked out of Kyunkii Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, and clarifies, “The producers saying that my return to the soap was always in the pipeline, all of it is a complete hogwash. If it was in the pipeline, then why keep someone away for so long and hamp er the TRPs?”

Both – her exit and entry – from the show were marked by uneasiness among the audience; silence of the co-stars and the producers, who did not know what to say.

“When I was asked to leave, I left. I did not want to hang on to something when my producer did not want me to. I have too much self-respect for that. Everywhere I went, I met vehement fans who kept insisting that Tulsi should be back or kept hoping that she would definitely come back.

“Before my return to Kyunkii... was announced, a fan told me, ‘ Agar kabhi mauka mile toh na mat boliyega !’ I had always maintained that I would come back with respect. There was a sense of betrayal, of being left out and I felt that if they call me back and give me the place that I had, then I would have no issues. I owed it to no one but the audience.”

So, who initiated the effort to break the ice? “The channel got in touch with me first. During the meeting, those sitting around me felt awkward, they were not comfortable with my comeback. But it gave me solace, since this was the first time that the decision of the producers and the advertisers had been overruled by the demand of the viewers. The audience wanted me back in the show and the producers had to give in,” she says with a smile.

Smriti also wants to clarify that she is not like other actors who feel that he or she is a star. “As an actor, I have never had the pressure to behave or dress in a particular manner. All those actors who say that they can’t go out and have pani-puri and all that jazz, they must not crib because this is the life they have chosen for themselves. Fame always comes with a price tag, but, fortunately, I have never been asked to pay the price because I don’t behave like a star. If I wanted to get out of the car and buy bhaji or eat panipuri, I did that. I have seen a lot of people who have taken fame and this world too seriously and have ended up losing their mental balance,” she says.

And what is her equation with Ekta like? “We don’t meet everyday. I met her last at the press conference when my comeback was announced. I guess the best part about our equation is that we don’t take each other for granted. I think I am the only actor who is not taken for granted in the Balaji camp.” And just to make a point very clear, Smriti will not be seen playing Kunti’s role in Ekta’s Mahaabhaarat. “Yes, I was offered the role, but I am not doing it. I was offered the role of Ganga and Kunti but I did not see myself in any of the roles,” she concludes.

Sfogliandola, Ratzinger si è stupito: «Il Jeans a Genova già nel Cinquecento?» È l'aneddoto raccontato dall'ingegner Davide Viziano quando l'autrice lo ha ringraziato per l'interessamento presso l'Editore De Ferrari a stampare il libro in tempo per la visita. Nel ’500 sul mercato inglese il fustagno genovese era meno caro di altre stoffe, perciò era molto richiesto; le balle di tessuto nel porto di Londra erano indicate dalla provenienza, Jeans, che diventò il nome della tela. Anche il suo colore era particolare: un blu ottenuto con tinture di guado o indaco e su quella «tela jeans» fu dipinta la Passione di Cristo. Il nucleo principale delle scene sui Teli è del pittore Teramo Piaggio che prese spunto dalle incisioni della Passione di Durer e della Deposizione di Cristo di Raffaello, le cui stampe si acquistavano allora in Sottoripa come racconta Raffaele Soprani.L'autrice, storico dell'arte della Direzione Regionale dei Beni Culturali e Paesaggistici della Liguria, ha raccontato l'iter di questi Teli della Passione che provengono dall'Abbazia San Nicolò del Boschetto (Cornigliano-Campi), uno dei più importanti monasteri benedettini (ora Opera Don Orione). Me gustan las mañanas en las que te levantas y pones los dibujos. Hoy zapeando he visto que estaban poniendo otra vez Power Rangers...espera, ¿otra vez? ¿Que clase de Power Rangers eran esos? Me ha indignado tanto que quería homenajear a los comienzos de la saga, aquellos 5 chavales que incluso llegaron a la gran pantalla.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers era su título original. Allá por 1993 comenzaron sus andazas defendiendo el planeta de la constante amenaza de Rita Repulsa y Lord Zedd. Grandes villanos más cómicos que malvados.

Cada episodio era exactamente igual que el anterior. Estos villanos ideaban un plan infalible para dominar el mundo y acabar con los Powers Rangers. Mandaban un bicho junto a cientos de masillas para acabar con ellos y cuando la cosa se ponía fea, Rita lo transformaba en un godzilla de la vida. Los powers acababan con él a manos de sus zords, robots gigantes con forma de dinosaurios y que al más puro estilo Transformers se convertían en un todo, el Megazord.

¿Pero quienes eran los Powers Rangers?

Seis personajes formaban el grupo. Cada uno con un color y un zord propio.

Power Ranger Rojo -> Jason. Lider del grupo. Su animal era el tiranosaurus rex. Como curiosidad, hace poco se descubrió que después del éxito cosechado como superheroe dió el paso a la gran pantalla como actor porno gay.

Power Ranger Azul -> Billy. Gafitas del grupo. La mayoría de chismes que usaban en combate los creaba este. Se representaba con un triceratops.

Power Ranger Verde -> Tommy. Comenzó siendo un enemigo y luego se pasó al bando amigo. Más adelante llegaría a ser el Power Ranger Blanco y Dorado, mi faborito. Su animal era un dragón.

Power Ranger Negro -> Zack. Este y las 2 mujeres del grupo eran un poco bultos. No sobresalían en nada. Era un mamut.

Power Ranger Rosa -> Kimberly. La primera de las chicas. Su animal era un terodáctilo. Poco que destacar de este personaje la verdad.

Power Ranger Amarillo -> Trini. Una chinorris, cuyo zord era un diente de sable.

El éxito de la serie radicó en la relativa novedad del formato típico japonés en occidente, sin olvidarnos de los Bioman, aún más antigua que esta. Mezclaba artes marciales junto a elementos que tanto entusiasman a los japoneses, mechas y mounstruos gigantes.

Pronto el merchandaising nos inundó y todos los chavalitos de mi generación teníamos por lo menos a nuestro power ranger favorito.

Evidentemente con el tiempo fue perdiendo interés y en gran parte por el mareo al que sometieron a su audiencia de idas y venidas de personajes, renovaciones de trajes, transformaciones de los alter-egos de dinosaurios en ninjas, aliens, coches, humanoides, animales selváticos y un largo etcétera. No os podéis ni imaginar la cantidad de powers rangers que han salido -16 años de serie dan para mucho y es sorprendente que aún hoy día esté en emisión-.

Me quedo sin duda alguna con las 2 y 3 primeras temporadas, donde el éxito fue apabullante. LLegamos a verlos incluso en la gran pantalla, en el mítico y gaditano cine Avenida, última película que vi en ese cine antes de su cierre.

Mallika Sherawat say no to Salman Show!!

If the Bollywood buzz is to be believed, Mallika Sherawat turned down the offer of participating in Salman Khan ’s show ‘Dus Ka Dum’.

Producers of the film Ugly Aur Pagli planned to promote the movie through television by getting Mallika, the film’s leading lady, on Salman’s show. However, since Mallika is not known to share friendly vibes with Salman, she reportedly turned down the offer.

The chill between Mallika and Salman goes back to year 2006 when the two had some kind of disagreement while performing at Rockstars tour in the UK. Salman, who is not known to forgive his foes easily, has not tried to mend fences with Mallika since then.

However, the producers and presenters of ‘Ugly Aur Pagli’ recently wanted Mallika to appear on ‘Dus Ka Dum’ and TV channel Sony was also eager to have her, but Mallika wasn’t interested.

Another theory goes that the dates that Mallika had free did not match with the days the channel could accommodate her on the show.

Whatever the case, Mallika has told the film’s makers she is open to promoting the film through other mediums or shows.

Big drama in Kaun Jitega Bollywood Ka Ticket on 20th July by Chetan- Puneet- Twinkle

Chetan Hansraj shows his displeasure on the sets of 9X's Kaun Jeetega Bollywood ka Ticket which creates a new controversy on the show.

Ekta Kapoor's first Reality Show 'Kaun Jeetega Bollywood ka Ticket' is raising eye-brows. Audience are getting to see a lot of drama in this show. The show contestants were asked to maintain the decorum of the show but inspite of that they were seen going beyond their limits .

Reality shows and controversies always go hand in hand. And following this trend, the introductory episode of 9X's Kaun Jeetega Bollywood Ka Ticket stirred lot of hungama and this week's episode was no different!!

Puneet, the young lad who created a ruckus in the very first episode made few passing comments on the television fraternity which did not go well with the celebrities. As he went on and on, the celebrities got to the stage and a heated argument followed which resulted in Chetan Hansraj slapping Puneet hard.

After getting the news 'Sibasish Tinsel Town' tried to confirm the news, and directly approached Chetan Hansraj. Chetan was ready with his reply and said, "It was not a fight but just an argument in which I just pushed Puneet. I was upset because he started using abusive words in front of everyone and I didn't like anyone being abused. Later on I explained to him that it's not nice to use bad words in front of such esteemed judges. I think till now he must have understood everything". Due to this argument shooting had to be stopped for some time.

Balaji Telifilm head Ekta Kapoor refused to comment on this ugly act. She has however asked to cut some portion of the episode as it is a family show. But still much of this drama will be aired on TV. Due to this hangama the TRPs are expected to shoot high for this Balaji-Popcorn produced first Ekta Kapoor Reality Show on 9x.

Puneet made some ugly remarks at the TV celebrities saying they give easy excuses about their hectic schedule and do not do rehearsals and expect marks. Chetan did not like his gesture " Aree yeh TV wale......" and also Puneet's last week's behavior of showing middle finger to all the TV celebrities in front of the judges. Chetan lost his cool and said the TV actors slog their asses out 18 hours a day and then they get the fame and money. Twinkle Bajpai who is Puneet's partner in the show supported Puneet and that made Chetan more angry.

The situation is however under control. Chetan and Puneet had a talk after the shooting. And everything is normal now.

This makes this show a Must Watch for the high-voltage drama on 9X's Kaun Jeetega Bollywood Ka Ticket on 20th July at 8 PM..

Zee's Kasamh Se will introduce two male characters doing major track revolving around the younger generation!!

Balaji Telefilms’ Kasamh Se has seen it all, whether it is replacements, time leaps or new entries!!

Now its time for more drama in 'Kasamh Se' as Balaji Telifilm head Ekta Kapoor has decided to make new entries in her popular soap. After the replacement 'Prachi Desai' playing the lead role 'Bani' now its time for 2 more entries. The buzz doing rounds now is that the lovable character of Ganga played by Priya Bhatija will be hounded by not one, but two men!! 'Sibasish Tinsel Town (STT)' has confirmed this news. And now we will present before you the two names, while one is Vishal Singh of Kuchh Is Tarah (a popular Balaji Telifilm soap in Sony), the other is a new face to television, Tarul, who is yet another Balaji discovery”.

Giving us an insight on the future track, our STT source informs “Vishal’s character will be initially introduced to be the best friend of Ganga, while Tarul will play Ganga’s boy friend. According to the present track Ganga is in lock-up as she has taken the blame of injuring a guy by hitting a bottle on his head (committed by her brother Vikee). After Jai-Bani duo make him realize his mistake Vikee confesses his crime in police station and brings his sister (Ganga) back to the home. After her return the love story will bloom. Vishal who is her best friend becomes her love. This is how the love story of Vishal’s character and Ganga will bloom”. Primera noche sin tele

Y no, no va de sexo. Ayer fue el primer día de cena sin tele. Una vez acosté al pequeño, preparé la cena para el resto. La cosa empezó mal y terminó peor. Pablo empezó protestando porque no quería ponerse una camiseta, y cuando apagamos la tele, el llanto fue tan profundo y desconsolado que tuve que aplicar la técnica que nunca falla después de haberlo intentado por las buenas: voy a contar hasta tres, y, o dejas de llorar, o mañana te quedas sin tele todo el día.

Dejó de llorar, pero su cena está ahora mismo en la nevera envuelta con un film transparente. Se quedó dormido. Bueno, al menos hoy ya no tengo que pensar qué le doy. Así que cenamos solos mi marido, yo, y mi mal humor tras el éxito. No puedo evitarlo, me gusta que los planes salgan bien..

A las once el pequeño se puso a llorar. Perfecto. No sé, tendrá más hambre. Otro biberón. Y cuando nos íbamos a acostar, otra vez el llanto. Pasé a verlo, lo cogí en brazos y nada más hacerlo me echó encima una vomitona monumental. Estas cosas mucho mejor con mamá, claro que sí. Por detrás escuchaba a mi marido gritando ¡qué asco! ¡voy a vomitar! Pues lo que faltaba....

El pobre Miguelito lloraba y me miraba aterrorizado como diciendo ¿qué me está pasando?, ¡esto es horrible!

Así que lo espachurré contra mí, los dos empapados, lo besé conteniendo la respiración, y le dije “no pasa nada mi amor, ahora nos limpiamos, y ya verás como enseguida estás mejor”.

Así que el final de la romántica noche sin tele lo pasé limpiando vómitos, preparando manzanilla, y maldurmiendo (esta vez no por el calor...).

Pero soy obstinada, así que hoy volveré a intentarlo.

Hoy, julio de 2008, puedo decir que las cenas son sin tele. La persistencia es fundamental. Los niños suelen vencer por cansancio.

Tele class participants learned everything from the basics to the more advanced features that make PowerPoint a great tool for student learning today. Ellinder Murray taught the PowerPoint class today at CSD. After brief introductions, Ellinder got the class started.

Participants had the opportunity to create their own PowerPoint presentation for use in the classroom to introduce or clarify a lesson. They learned how to create photo albums, adventure stories, and Jeopardy games. During the second half of the class, participants learned how to design student PowerPoint assignments that require higher order thinking skills & examine assessment methods that will help grade these student assignments. At the end of the day, they walked away with their own presentation and ideas for integrating PowerPoint into the classroom and for their own school work!

Le point sur Secret Story 2

Depuis quelques semaines, secret story ne fait que buzzer, je vais donc vous faire un point sur la situation des candidats.

-Quentin (jeune papa) : secret pas encore découvert, ne crée pas beaucoup de buzz

-Maryline (médium et candidate UMP) : son secret n'a pas encore été découvert mais Quentin sait qu'il y a une médium dans la maison des secrets.

-Isabelle (croque morts) : secret non découvert. Elle a ouvert la porte interdite et s'est donc vue aux ordres de tous les habitants.

-Caroline (fiancée de Nicolas) : A été éliminé.

-Nicolas (invité mystère, petit ami de Caroline) : Nominé cette semaine. A dévoilé son secret après s'être fait buzzé.

-Samantha (petite amie de Nathalie) : Secret découvert par Maëva

-Nathalie (petite amie de Samantha) : Secret découvert par Maëva

-Cyril (champion de break dance) : secret découvert, il a affirmer son secret avant même d'avoir été buzzé, quel sera sa punition ? Il est nominé cette semaine. Il sort avec Alexandra (et a couché avec)

-Marie-France (maman de Maëva) : éliminé car elle a dévoilé son secret et a pété un plomb!

-Maëva (fille de Marie-France) : secret dévoilé par sa mère, elle a été sauvée par le public. Elle a un petit ami hors du jeu mais a tout de même couché avec John-David

-Laurent (prêtre anglican) : secret non découvert

-Hayder (vit avec 2 balles dans le corps, survivant de la tuerie de Dawson) : secret non découvert. Voulait quitter la maison mais est finalement resté.

-Alexandra (princesse) : secret découvert par cyril (son petit copain de la maison) mais il n'a pas buzzé. Par contre Laurent est au courant et va peut-être buzzer.

-Alice (faux-couple avec Matthias) : leur secret a été découvert, ils ont donc arrêter de faire semblant mais la pauvre s'était attachée à Matthias.

-Matthias (faux-couple avec Alice) : secret découvert mais certains pensent qu'il est aussi le fils de JCVD.

-John-David (a 780 conquêtes a son tableau de chasse) : secret non découvert. Couche avec Maëva mais ne veut pas d'histoire d'amour.

C'est tout pour le moment!

Ma mère Claire, 1939-09-11 * 2008-07-12

Le sujet n'a aucun rapport avec la télé de mon salon sinon qu'il m'empêchera pendant un certain temps d'être concentré sur ma télé vue l'événement que je vie.

Dans une vie, la majorité des personnes passent par là, ce fût mon cas samedi dernier. La douleur en est encore très profonde au moment d'écrire ses lignes.

Je vous avais parlé dans un précédent article que ma mère avait le cancer généralisé.

Samedi matin dernier, j'étais confortablement installé au pays des rêves, dans un condo situé dans la belle région des Cantons de l'Est.

7h00 du matin, je reçois un appel de ma soeur que ma mère a été hôspitalisée à 5h00 et que possiblement qu'elle ne passerait pas la journée.

Le choc de la nouvelle est atroce mais le sentiment d'une libération imminente pour elle m'empêche de fondre en larmes.

À l'arrivée de ma mère l'hôpital en ambulance, le constat du médecin est sans merci: péritonite, son organisme s'empoisonne, ce n'est pas opérable, c'est confirmé elle ne passera pas la journée.

À l'origine, suite au diagnostique du cancer généralisé, le 8 mai dernier, les spécialistes lui donnaient trois ans à vivre avec de la chimiothérapie.

Ma mère n'aura fait que deux petits mois après ce diagnostic. Jamais elle n'aura pu recevoir de traitements chimiothérapiques, son système étant trop faible.

J'ai 37 ans et ce fût un cauchemar de voir partir ma mère dans un si court laps de temps et je ne souhaite pas cela à personne.

La douleur est encore atroce et elle le sera longtemps.

Dès 8h45, entouré de mon père, ma soeur, tantes et oncles, j'étais aux côtés de ma mère pour l'accompagner vers la mort en larmes par bouts en réconfort par moments sachant que la libération de ses souffrances
s'en venaient.

Très faible elle a utilisé ses forces pour nous dire, à ma soeur, mon père et moi, des choses inoubliables allant même jusqu'à dire qu'elle a vu dans l'au-delà son père lui tendre les bras et prêt à l'accueillir.

Tout au long de son accompagnement vers un monde meilleur, pleures et peines envahissaient les personnes présentes dans sa chambre. Notre peine était lourde. Pour moi, elle l'est encore au moment d'écrire ses lignes.

À ses côtés dans la chambre d'hôpital, pendant que tantes et oncles se remémoraient de bons moments vécus avec Claire, 13h56 la respiration de ma mère s'est arrêtée.

Elle nous aura quitté comme un petit oiseau. Sans faire bruit, tout en douceur.

En fait, elle est partie comme elle a toujours vécu sa vie. Sans vouloir déranger le moins de monde possible lorsqu'elle n'allait pas bien et elle l'a fait durant l'absence de ma soeur très proche d'elle, ma soeur partie prendre une petite marche pour évacuer la fatigue, étant au chevet de ma mère depuis 6h00 le matin.

La douleur de mon unique soeur, ma petite soeur chérie, a été vive et palpable lorsqu'elle est revenue dans la chambre et qu'elle a su ma mère décédée.

C'était triste et poignant de voir l'éloge qu'elle a fait à ma mère à haute voix et ce fondant en larmes.

Tous se souviendront de ma mère comme une personne généreuse, aimable, serviable, débrouillarde, drôle, tout le monde aimait ma mère.

Ceux qui ne l'appréciait pas devaient tout simplement en être jaloux parce qu'ils auraient aimé être comme elle.

C'est ma mère qui m'a fait découvrir l'amour, le sens du partage, l'importance d'avoir de l'imagination, débrouillard et d'être généreux.

Ma mère m'a aussi fait découvrir le bonheur, la fierté, le respect, l'importance de l'amitié et du don de soi.

Claire était une femme extraordinaire, une mère merveilleuse et je sais que de là haut elle continuera à aider ses enfants, petits-enfants, frères et soeurs.

C'était dans sa nature et ça le sera toujours.

Je suis content pour elle, je la sais maintenant heureuse là où elle est. J'en ai eu la confirmation le soir suivant son décès.

Avant de m'endormir j'ai eu un flash d'elle. J'ai vu ma mère se levant derrière une grande table de salle de réception.

Elle était si souriante, avec ses magnifiques yeus bleus pétillants et rieurs. Elle avait l'air si heureuse.

Longtemps je conserverai en mémoire ce flash. Ma mère a su me faire comprendre qu'elle était heureuse là où elle est rendue.

Les souffrances de ma mère sur terre sont terminées. Elle vit maintenant dans un monde meilleur, un monde fait sur mesure pour la grandeur de sa personne.

Maman, je sais que tu liras ceci, soit fier de ce que tu as accomplie sur terre maman. C'est grandiose.

Si tu as le temps maman, viens me voir dans mes rêves ou même si je suis éveillé, ça me fera plaisir. Tes visites et conseils seront toujours appréciés et les bienvenus.

Maman tu vas beaucoup me manquer.

Classroom Projects using Digital Cameras ~ July 15 tele class at CSD

Participants reviewed camera features, took photos, uploaded them on their computers, and learned different applications for the photos and how to incorporate digital photography into classroom projects. The Virtual Learning Center will offer this class again during the school year.

Si hace poco hiciste limpieza en el armario y los encontraste por casualidad, no pienses ni por asomo en tirarlos a la basura porque, tu y yo sabíamos que esto ocurriría tarde o temprano, ¡vuelven los ochenta!

Y no sólo la ropa, sino también la música, la tele, ¡y la mejor generación de todas! ¡La tuya! O eso es lo que afirma Coca Cola en su nuevo spot, en el que reivindica todo aquello que nos pone nostálgicas.

Aunque no sé por qué nos ponemos a recordar: todavía somos unas chavalas.

Los Picapiedra conocen a los Supersónicos es una peli para TV que se hizo en 1987, cuando los tiempos gloriosos de ambas series de animación de Hanna Barbera ya habían pasado de moda. Sirve perfectamente para pasar la tarde a la sombra. En este Youtube puedes ver el principio del film, si quieres verlo entero los capitulos restantes están en Youtube. ¡Ya sabes cómo buscarlos!
