Un team building este o sansa in plus care te ajuta sa iti pui in valoare aptitudinile, sa-ti cunosti sefii, colegii, structura organizationala a companiei respective si sa te afirmi ca un individ pe care echipa se poate baza.Sunt 5 principale aspecte care te pot motiva sa participi la team building</p>
<p>Primul aspect este scopul</p>

Teambuilding by Globetrotter'> teambuilding </a></strong>-uri au considerat motivanta insusi misiunea care era de indeplinit in programul respectiv. Stii exact ceea ce trebuie sa faci si iti dai seama ca lucrul acesta se potriveste cu nevoile si dorintele tale pe plan profesional. Ba mai mult, tu si coechipierii tai sunteti specializati in acelasi domeniu si gasirea unor solutii comune va va stimula pe toti laolalta.</p>

<p>In momentul in care esti pus fata in fata cu o provocare in cadrul unui program de team building, intri in actiune mult mai rapid si te simti mult mai multumit de efortul pe care il depui in ceea ce faci. Chiar mai mult, concurenta dintre echipe te va ajuta sa iti cresti sansele de a fi remarcat si de a-ti gasi rolul si locul in echipa.</p>
<p>Al treilea aspect este camaradenia (prietenia)</p>
<p>Teambuilding-ul este cu siguranta locul in care poti sa descoperi si alte lucruri comune cu colegii tai de echipa, pe langa afinitatile profesionale. Un program de team building iti da ocazia sa vezi in coechipierii tai niste prieteni, plus ca un grup functioneaza mult mai bine daca membrii sai se stimeaza unul pe altul.</p>

<p>In cadrul unui program de team building te simti stimulat de responsabilitatea pe care trebuie sa ti-o asumi pentru a efectua cerintele. Daca pana in prezent la locul de munca ti-ai indeplinit sarcinile zilnice, acum a venit momentul sa le arati tuturor celor din jur ca iti poti asuma si alte responsabilitati si ca esti o persoana de incredere, pe care poate conta oricine. Managerul cu siguranta va observa lucrurile acestea.</p>

<p>Vei putea profita de orice teambuilding daca acorzi atentie lucrurilor care se intampla in jurul tau si daca esti dispus sa inveti de la altii. <p>Team building-ul este un proces prin intermediul caruia se incearca imbunatatirea relatiilor dintre membrii unei companii cu scopul de a atinge obiectivele comune ale acestora. Teambuilding by Globetrotter'> team building </a></strong> reprezinta o ocazie foarte buna de a socializa, de a te integra intr-un grup si a-ti definitiva rolului intr-o echipa.</p>

<p>Intr-un program de team building, membrii companiei incearca sa duca la bun sfarit urmatoarele lucruri:</p>
<p>- sa gaseasca solutii pentru a rezolva toate problemele;<br />
- sa faca un asa fel incat activitatea lor sa fie mai eficienta;<br />

<p>Un team building ajunge sa isi atinga scopul daca indeplineste conditiile urmatoare:</p>
<p>- s-a creat o interdependenta destul de mare intre membrii unei echipe; grupul respectiv gaseste solutii de</p>
<p>rezolvare pentru sarcini complexe; fiecare dintre membri se implica in mod aproape egal si munca depusa e</p>
<p>importanta pentru se putea ajunge la rezultatele dorite;<br />
- liderul unui grup ii cunoaste destul de bine pe membri si isi doreste ca acestia sa se inteleaga din ce in ce mai bine in cadrul job-ului si nu numai, iar managementul unei echipe poate fi o functie impartita - orice membru poate sa joace, pe rand, rolul de lider ;<br />
- fiecare membru al unei echipe vrea si este capabil sa contribuie, intr-un teambuilding, cu diverse informatii, cu aptitudinile sale si cu experienta sa pentru a atinge obiective intregii echipe;<br />
- in cadrul unui teambuilding, echipa creaza o atmosfera in care fiecare membru sa poata fi relaxat si sa comunice fara a se simti stingherit;<br />
- membrii echipei ajung sa isi exprime increderea fata de ceilalti coechipieri si considera ca si ceilalti colegi din echipa au abilitatile necesare ca sa ajute echipa;<br />
- grupul este constient de obiectivele fiecarei sarcini impuse intr-un program de team building si este capabil sa stabileasca de ce performanta este nevoie pentru a atinge aceste obiective;<br />
- membrii unei echipe sunt in stare sa produca noi ide, care sa duca la o interactiune mai buna intre coechipieri atat in cadrul team building-ului, cat si la locul de munca.</p>
<p>A participa la un teambuilding nu inseamna numai sa profiti de oportunitatile care apar pentru a te afirma si a socializa, ci si sa iei in serios toate responsabilitatile care apar pentru diverse sarcini. - evaluarea performantelor membrilor grupului din care faci parte;<br />

<p>Scopurile pe care le are un team building se regasesc, foarte des, si in obiectivele personale, fapt care reprezinta inca un impuls pentru a participa la o astfel de actiune. Potrivit spuselor acestora, aceasta crestere a pietei autohtone este sprijinita de un numar din ce in ce mai mare de clienti, numarul estimat pentru acest an ajungand si pana la un milion de clienti.</p>
<p>In prezent, companiile de profil desfasoara 2 fefuri de team building, si anume: servicii turistice, care cuprind cazare, transport, masa, transfer si asa mai departe si servicii specializate, cum ar fi activitatile specifice programelor de outdoor,de indoorc si de training. <!--more--></p>
<p>Conform celor care presteaza astfel de servicii de teambuilding, tarifele unor pachete variaza in funtie de destinatia si de complexitatea lor, pornind de la 500 de euro si ajungand chiar si pana la 2.000 de euro, pentru serviciile de team building complete.</p>
<p>Pragul de sus al tarifelor se situaza in jurul valorii de 1 milion de euro pentru un eveniment de teambuilding.<br />
In ceea ce priveste locurile de destinatie, clientii romani cer in general pachete de teambuilding in tara, in locuri cum ar fi Delta Dunarii, Sibiu sau Valea Prahovei. De asemenea, majoritatea companiilor solicita excursii pentru programele de team building si in locuri in afara tarii, cum ar fi Turcia sau Bulgaria, dar si in locuri mai exotice, cum ar fi Cuba.</p>
<p>Chiar daca piata de teambuilding a fost descrisa ca fiind intr-o continua perioada de ascensiune, cei care presteaza servicii de profil considera ca sunt mai multe aspecte care ingreuneaza desfasurarea activitatilor specifice in conditii optime.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yesterday, NIcole came up to me and said "surprise you have another team comming in!" Oh good. exactly what i wanted to hear an hour before they are to get here. At least all the preperations were done and such. The girl who was originally assigned to the team appearently is sick and has been out the past couple days, so, I am taking over her team. They're a pretty good team. 7th graders... much different from 5th graders. I also decided to do lead instructor stuff for them - which I also hadden't done before, but, figured why not. I'll go for it. So, I am.</p>
<p>Last night I had camp out with them... it was more like fake out, though. they didn't actually stay the night. ON the way out to the campsite, though, we did some living off the land stuff. Well, on the way back, I told them I didn't know where I was going, and they were going to have to find taht tree we pointed out, cuz I knew we would turn right at that. well, they ended up passing it, and i was like "do you know where you're going? this doesn't look familiar" they had no idea. They're like, i think we have to go west. So, one kid broke out a compass, and we found west. So, then, I pointed out the big dipper, and the north star. and told them we had to turn around, cuz they had past it. and we went back. One girl was like "miss... do you really not know where you're going?" of course I do, would i tell you if i didn't?</p>
<p>Today we had team building. It went ok. we did a form the US from a rope, and then Communication Breakdown. Then I had them put up two tents. However, each tent was missing something (one was missing a rainfly, and the other was missing a pole. So, neither group would actually be able to put up a complete tent without the help of the other half of their team. Processing stuff didn't really go over so well. I don't know how to get them to take things seriously. Like, that's something really, I'm just not that great at. I hate the "how did you feel during that. What do you think. What was going right." like... why would i tell you. i don't know you. dont' ask me about my feelings. so, i hate doing it with other people.</p>
<p>We also did the wall today. Most of my kids did not make it up the wall, and only like four or five of the twelve went down the zip. And even they were real nervous. It was good to see, though. A different side from the joking / not taking things serious part. anyway.  Yeah.</p>

Toata lumea stie ca echipele au fost mereu importante. Dar, in prezent, rolul acestora in orice organizatie a ajuns sa fie esential. De ce? Vom incerca sa va raspundem mai jos cu cateva argumente.</p>
<p>Structurile ierarhice de <strong><a title="Team building, teambuilding by Globetrotter" href="http://www.globetrotter.ro"> teambuilding </a></strong> (si nu numai) cu mai putine nivele produc interdependente mai mari in randul angajatilor  dintr-o organizatie, urmarind sa aiba astfle rezultate mai bune cu minimum de resurse.<br />
Strategiile folosite pentru imbunatatirea permanenta a serviciilor si/sau a produselor si a tehnicile din ce in ce mai avansate de fidelizare a clientilor au ca scop depasirea barierelor statice, functionale, si munca in echipa a angajatilor dincolo de aceste descrieri de job-uri si de aceste functii, si chiar dincolo de limitele procedurilor sau a fiselor de post .<br />
Necesitatea de a raspunde cat mai repede fortelor schimbarii de pe piata pe care actioneaza fiecare organizatie duce la crearea unor noi structuri organizationale de <strong><a title="Team building, teambuilding by Globetrotter" href="http://www.globetrotter.ro"> team building </a></strong> din ce in ce mai flexibile si mai complexe. In acest fel creste nevoia de a lua decizii „colaborative" (cand vine vorba de luat decizii, „eu" se transforma in „noi").<br />
Persoanele angajate in programele de teambuilding vor din ce in ce mai mult sa faca parte sau cel putin sa fie consultati cu privire la  decizii legate de ei si de munca pe care o presteaza. Asadar, creste necesitatea de a lua decizii "colaborative" la nivel de echipa/grup.<!--more--><br />
Folosirea la scara din ce in ce mai larga a echipelor de proiect, formate in general din persoane cu pregatire variata, trebuie reunite repede pentru rezolvarea unei probleme punctuale ori pentru indeplinirea unui obiectiv S.M.A.R.T., dar la fel de repede trebuie si destramate deoarece membrii vor forma alte echipe de proiect.<br />
Suntem intr-o perioada aflata intre sfarsitul erei capitalului financiar si inceputil erei capitalului uman.<br />
Dezvoltarea ideii de „empowerment" si rolul managerului care trece de la director la facilitator, accentueaza tot mai mult munca in grupe/echipe si tot mai putin stilurile manageriale de genul „dezbina si cucereste".<br />
Concurenta pe piata muncii dintre organizatii, mai exact concurenta pentru recrutarea persoanelor foarte performante se bazeaza din ce in ce mai putin pe motivatori materiali (salarii) si din ce in ce mai mult pe motivatori de cultura si de climat organizational. Organizatiile sunt obligate sa creeze medii de lucru cat mai armonioase, si cum indivizii sunt in general implicati intr-o echipa, sunt obligati sa creeze deci si echipe armonioase de team building.<br />
"Management"-ul se transforma in „leadership" - managerii au rolul de a administra echipa pentru o mai buna optimizare a afacerii pe care o conduc, in timp ce liderii mobilizeaza indivizii si ii conduc spre noi teritorii, noi piete, noi afaceri. Leadership-ul de clasa are la baza capacitatea de a crea motivatie si sinergie la nivelul unei echipe.<br />
Exista o dorinta de a crea „organizatii care sa se dezvolte singure, pe cont propriu", numite Learning Organisations. Lucrul acesta se poate intampla numai in cazul in care exista si „echipe care sa se dezvolte singure", iar un astfel de lucru se poate intampla numai daca membrii echipelor respective de teambuilding interactioneaza continuu si sinergetic cu scopul de a invata unul de la altul si de a se pune de acord asupra modului in care vor rezolva lucrurile pe viitor. Secretul pentru a putea crea „organizatii care sa se dezvolte singure" e dezvoltarea a cat mai multe „echipe care sa se dezvolte singure",  echipe care sa se fie intr-o continua interactiune unele cu altele.</p>

<description><![CDATA[This past weekend was one of the best in a long time. First, my wife and I spent some time in Ridgec]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This past weekend was one of the best in a long time. First, my wife and I spent some time in Ridgecrest, NC with some awesome student adult leaders. I was really encouraged by this group of people. They really invest in student's lives and get to know and love the students that they care for on a regular basis. I really realized that my relationship with alot of these students is more surface based and not really deep. I was really challenged to go deeper in my relationships with these young people that need love in their lives.</p>
<p>Not only that but we had some awesome teambuilding activities mixed into the weekend. We played outdoor laser tag. How awesome was that you ask? Really awesome! You have a sensor on your gun and two sensors on your head: on in front and on in back. Plus you are running through the woods trying to shoot people up to 400m away on your laser sight gun. It was really awesome. I really was encouraged by the fact that in the book that I'm reading it talks about adding fun into your team. You need to do ministry with people that you like and if you add those fun elements in then it makes it that much better.</p>
<p>"The team that plays together, stays together" is what I like to say.</p>
<p>Then Sunday. I love Sunday. Ministry Teams kicked off this week. I will post more about this program later. And then Baptism! Baptism is always awesome at Brookwood. I baptized one of the kids that went to camp with us this year and it was one of the most special times that I have had in ministry. I just had the opportunity to think about my spiritualy journey and how Jackson was starting his. It was just an incredible time. Over 75 people baptized! I just really love Baptism. A huge party every time and love all around. It is just awesome!</p>
<p>And now for this week: Catalyst! I am so freakin pumped. There are going to be tons of great and incredible people there. I am looking forward to hearing Steven Furtick speak. So the blogging will be a little weak for a few days in preparation of next week here at work because I will lose some time to Catalyst.</p>

Faptul ca fiecare client are nevoi diferite, duce la aparitia unei varietati foarte largi de abordari si de solutii care sa fie potrivite cerintelor fiecarui client in parte.</p>
<p>Avantajele in programele de <strong><a title="Team building, teambuilding by Globetrotter" href="http://www.globetrotter.ro"> team building </a></strong> sunt pe de o parte aventura si distractia de grup de neuitat pentru angajatii din echipele de la orice nivel, dar in acelasi timp si pentru prieteni si cei din familie, si pe de alta puternicele experiente de invatare dar si de dezvoltare a companiilor serioase si a echipelor manageriale care fac parte din aceste companii.</p>
<p>Asadar este important sa distingem tipurile diferite de programe de teambuilding si sa stim sa le punem in aplicare tinand cont de nevoile fixe ale fiecarui client. Deci cel mai indicat ar fi ca felul in care sunt gandite programele de teambuilding sa fie la fel de unic ca si fiecare organizatie-client si necesitatile ei.<!--more--></p>
<p>Cand sunt concepute si executate programe de team building, este esential sa se ia in vedere si evaluarea necesitatilor si obiectivelor fiecarui client, si in functie de caz, sa fie adaptate la resursele materiale si de timp de care dispune clientul respectiv.</p>
<p>Unele programe de aventura in aer liber, numite si "outdoor", care se constituie din intreceri de paint-ball sau tururi de ciclism pe munte, nu reprezinta niste solutii reale pentru marea majoritate a nevoilor participantilor, ele fiind potrivite doar pentru anumite obiective.</p>
<p>Clientii care sunt bine informati cer programe atent adaptate la situatia pe care o au ei si care pun un accent destul de puternic pe rezultatele teambuilding-ului.</p>
<p>Orice program de team building trebuie sa fie astfel structurat incat sa respecte si sa tina cont de nevoile fiecarui client in parte. Structura unui program de teambuilding este parghia care ofera organizatorilor, reprezentantilor companiei si trainerilor posibilitatea de a construi teambuildinguri care sa ii ajute sa ajunga din punctul X in punctul Y al dezvoltarii echipei. De la starea prezenta la starea dorita.</p>
<p>Programele de tip "outdoor" care nu au o structura destul de coerenta si nu sunt executate intr-o maniera profesionista, pot ajunge sa fie o simpla gama de jocuri lipsite de sens. In functie de nevoiele pe care le au clienti, o mare importanta o are pastrarea unui echilibru intre activitatile propriu-zise si analiza/de-brief.</p>

<description><![CDATA[One of the things they always say about business (I don&#8217;t know who &#8216;they&#8217; are, but]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One of the things they always say about business (I don't know who 'they' are, but they're right) is that you need a good team around you.</p>
<p>Even if you're a sole trader, you need a good accountant, assistance from friends, subcontractors etc.</p>
<p>They're all part of your team.</p>
<p>Last Friday, I saw teamwork in action, in stark and brilliant reality. We are producing some video materials for one of my clients, requiring a full studio setup. We've been in pre-production for a while, but as with all these things, it's only "on the day" that you really get to see whether everything is going to work out all right.</p>
<p>Filming is special in all sorts of ways:</p>
<ul>
<li>Often, as with this shoot, many of the people involved had not met each other before the day.</li>
<li>It's a long day- logistics begin working at 6am, and whilst we knocked off comparatively early (6pm), I have often seen shoots overrun well into the night. It's a hard slog, and tempers can get frayed.</li>
<li>Studios are confined spaces. Professionals in different fields are clambering over lights, cameras, props - and each other. It's a busy, pressured environment.</li>
</ul>
<p>This is a recipe for conflict, misunderstandings, arguments and chaos. Indeed, one of my first experiences on a film set many years ago included an assistant director throwing a hissy fit and storming off to his caravan. It didn't do his reputation any good.</p>
<p>What I want to report today is that the team were just spectacularly brilliant. Within half an hour, the five technicians were working with each other with the precision and grace of a ballet, as though they had known one another for twenty years or more. It was magic to watch. It was teamwork, respect, professionalism and positivity all rolled together.</p>
<p>We started shooting on time. We finished on time. We managed to do everything we wanted to. I am overjoyed to have them working on this project, and may there be many more.</p>
<p>To make a project of any sort work, you need good people around you. A team you can trust. I got that today, in spades. Here are some of the pics.</p>

<p>Leadership and Love, I thought, would be the two most powerful ideas that can transform our gloomy world. Two words. Twin words. For truly a leader must be compelled by love if he must lead and lovers compelled to lead if he must love. Imagine that power.</p>
<p>A quick look at the search engines indicate that life, love, and leadership are not just prevalent subjects. They are ubiquitous! In August, a Mumbai-based blogger wrote on exactly the same theme: LIFE, LOVE, and LEADERSHIP.</p>
<p>I then realized how universal the themes life, love, and leadership could be. They are never outmoded. Never outfashioned. Never out. All the more men and women should be writing about it. Talking about it. Dreaming about it. Until that day when life won't just be about crises but also opportunities, when love permeates every motivation and action, and leaders lead with the character and competence required in a fast changing world.</p>
<p>I'm a young management consultant based in Manila, Philippines. I travel in different cities to keynote conferences and facilitate training programs. I speak to thousands of people each year, uncertain if I really make a difference, whether they actually listen and they actually care.</p>
<p>In this weblog, my aim is not to deepen my uncertainty but to broaden my platform for delivering my snippets: random views, trivial invocations, and possibly, unpopular positions on leadership excellence, team synergy, and personal success. Sometimes, on anything under the sun, and over.</p>

Ik heb gemerkt dat het regelmatig voorkomt dat een kleine groep mensen een specifieke ontwikkelbehoefte heeft waaraan moeilijk invulling te geven is op korte termijn. Dit omdat een maatwerk training veelal te kostbaar is vanwege de kleine groep, een open training niet specifiek genoeg is en persoonlijke coaching juist weer te kostbaar is vanwege de groepsgrootte ...</p>
<p><strong>Wat is het?</strong><br />
<em>Small Group Coaching</em> (SGC) is juist bedoeld om voor eerder genoemde situaties een flexibele oplossing te bieden. SGC is geschikt voor groepjes van 2 tot maximaal 4 deelnemers met een soortgelijke ontwikkelbehoefte. Door het coachen van een kleine groep mensen en de focus op de persoonlijke ontwikkelpunten kan in korte tijd maximaal resultaat geboekt worden.</p>
<p><strong>Geschikte onderwerpen*</strong><br />
Denk hierbij onder andere aan onderwerpen als: <em>Effectief Leiderschap, Doelgerichte Gesprekstechnieken en Geweldloze Communicatie</em> die hierdoor binnen bereik komen. Maar ook <em>Proactieve Verkoop</em> en <em>Wervende Offertes</em> voor uw verkoopteam behoren hierdoor tot de mogelijkheden.</p>
<p><strong>Aanpak</strong><br />
De aanpak is soortgelijk aan die van coaching met een intake vooraf en een evaluatie tussentijds en aan het einde van het traject. De intensieve sessies duren in de regel 4 uur per keer en kunnen naar gelang de behoefte in frequentie varieren. Voor deze dienstverlening wordt het tarief van consultancy gehanteerd waardoor deze dienstverlening een uitstekend alternatief voor maatwerk training is.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So, today we did water quality first. they did really good with that. They were so attentive and some answered questions. they seemed to be back at that quiet state, but, that's ok, they did do some talking. And they seemed to get the idea when I was explaining stuff - and some of them knew it already. Like, one kid said that some of the water was in aquifers. Pretty sure that's the first time I've had someone give that answer, and ... it's right. but, yeah, they did real well.</p>
<p>After that, they did team building. That one didn't quite go as well. First I had them form the US out of a rope. Some of them didn't know what the US looked like they said. Then everyone was going against each other and getting mad at someone else if they moved part of it to try and form a different part. there was a lot of people yelling at each other. After that, we tried to do "ambassadors". that didnt' go over so well either. One, people were out of water already, and half the team did not have water. They weren't quite getting the idea that they had to work together even though they were in seperate teams. Even when I tried to hint at it, there were "we could do boys v. girls" or things like that. They were getting towards it, but it didn't seem as much that they really were thinking as one large team. Eventaully they got it. It was really hot out, so I decided to go back under Olympia and change up the planed activities. So, when we got over there, all the water igloos were empty. Activity 3: fill up water coolers! So, i had them get in pairs, haul the coolers over, one person turning on water, and someone rinsing lids, Etc. then, they had to hual the full igloos back. It worked out pretty well.</p>
<p>then, there was lunch. Least waste isn't quite catching on with my team. Some of them are trying to get into it, others, not as much. it's hard, cuz we got the most by alot the first time. So, it's hard. Like, there's no way they can get the lowest. I'm even kinda losing motivation with it. But, I still try and encourage them with it.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A lot of companies like their employees to do a sport, and they will pay them for it, because playing sports is a healthy business and it makes your employees more productive.</p>
<p>Also are companies nowadays trying to put more nature into their offices and take care their establishment is placed in a natural environment. This is because employees tend to be more productive and less sick in such an environment.</p>
<p>Why not combine those two things which are both good for employees and, more important to the boss, good for the company? Companies give up some time for their employees to do some gardening around and in the establishment. It's cheap sports and enjoyable. Moreover, people who work on their direct surroundings will get more attached to their environment. So they'll get more attached to their company, which is good for teambuilding and all that other stuff which is just obvious and which companies will give a fine name because they forgot to think about its importance in the past.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Es geht um <strong>Teambuilding</strong>, um die <strong>Motivation eines Teams</strong> und um <strong>Gemeindeaufbau</strong>.<br />
Der gestrige Abend war für mich eher unruhestiftend.<br />
Aber er bringt, wenn auch mit seelischer Bedrückung, etwas in Gang.<br />
So kann das mit Krisen sein:<br />
In vielen Krisen steckt eine Chance (ob auch eine Chance in der Bankenkrise steckt?).</p>
<p>Mit ein bisschen Selbstcoaching sehe ich die Chancen darin:<br />
- Das Paar, das tendentiell mit meinen Predigten wenig anfangen kann, kratzt an meinem Prediger-Ego.<br />
Ich sage mich los von dem Bestreben, mit meinen Predigten möglichst vielen zu helfen.<br />
Schön wär's - aber es ist wohl unrealistisch.<br />
Es geht nicht um mich. Es geht darum, dass Menschen durch die Predigten Lust auf ein Leben mit Gott bekommen. Manchen helfen meine Predigten dazu - und für andere wird es zur Chance, an einer anderen Gemeinde anzudocken, wo sie sich geistlich besser versorgt sehen.<br />
Diese Betrachtungsweise halte ich für legitim, sofern es tatsächlich um Stilfragen geht,<br />
Abgesehen davon, kann ich mich gleich auch von dem Bestreben (mal wieder) losssagen, allen Menschen gefallen zu wollen.</p>
<p>- Wir können die <strong>Unterschiedlichkeit der Teilnehmer nutzen</strong>.<br />
<strong>Die Theoretiker:</strong><br />
Manchen liegt das strukturierte Arbeiten sehr. Sie gehen darin auf und könnte Jahrzehnte damit verbringen. Es scheint gut, eine Gruppe einzurichten, die sich mit solchen Struktur-Arbeiten im siebten Himmel wähnt.<br />
Diese legen ihre Ergebnisse den anderen, eher praxisorientierten Teilnehmern vor.<br />
In dieser Phase muss besprochen werden, wie den bislang theoretischen Gedanken Leben eingehaucht werden kann.<br />
<strong>Die Praktiker:</strong><br />
Die Praktiker, die dann am Werk sind, haben keine Muße, sich über Visionen und Werte zu unterhalten.<br />
Sie nicken die Vorschläge der Theoretiker einfach ab.<br />
Aber die Praktiker haben Spaß dran, sich zu überlegen, was man konkret tun muss, damit die Ziele auch erreicht werden. Sie brauchen den Arbeitsauftrag: "Morgen um 15:00 Uhr muss ich mich um XY kümmern."<br />
Das gelegentliche Beleuchten des biblischen Hintergrunds für manche der Ziele und Werte scheint mir letztlich für beide Gruppen, für die Theoretiker und Praktiker, angebracht zu sein.</p>
<p>So gäbe es im Ergebnis zwar zwei Gruppen, die aber immer wieder zusammenfinden.<br />
Für die Gruppe der Theoretiker hieße es allerdings, zeitlich mehr beansprucht zu sein, da sie sowohl die Struktur-Treffen hätten als auch die "Umsetzungstreffen".</p>
<p>So hoffe ich für uns, dass die Motivation wieder steigt und jeder zu den Aufgaben findet, die wie maßgeschneidert sind.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Heute Abend sind wir mit dem fusionierten Team gestartet, um über unsere <strong>Gemeinde-Basics </strong>für die werdende Gemeinde in Berlin-Spandau zu reden. Und es war für mich mal wieder eine Zeit der Entmutigung und eine Lektion darüber, dass Teambuilding eine schwere Sache ist.</p>
<p>Gleich zu Beginn verklickerte mir einer, dass seiner Frau meine Predigten nichts bringen würden.<br />
Meine letzte Predigt sei auch für ihn eher nichtssagend gewesen.<br />
Solche Kommentare gehören zum Predigerdasein. Es ist schlichtweg unmöglich, jeden Geschmack zu treffen. Nach einer meiner Predigten wollte eine Frau "Halleluja" rufen, aber eine andere weinte, weil sie nichts verstanden hatte... Ich denke, erst, wenn sich solche Kritiken häufen, muss man über die Qualität der Predigten nachdenken.<br />
Es gibt Tage, da kann ich mit einer solchen Kritik relativ gut umgehen.<br />
Aber heute war das zu Beginn des Treffens gleich ein Tritt gegen mein geistliches Schienbein.</p>
<p>Dann kamen etliche zu spät zum Treffen.<br />
Und es war phasenweise ziemlich unruhig, weil die anwesenden Kinder gar keine Lust auf "Visionen" hatten.</p>
<p>Drei von uns hatten einen <strong>Entwurf für die Vision der Gemeinde</strong> erarbeitet, der dann im Team zerpflückt, besprochen und zusammengesetzt werden sollte.<br />
Ich wollte krampfhaft ein <strong>Momentum</strong> für das Team erzeugen. Hatte Arbeitsordner vorbereitet und verschenkt, hatte motivierende Worte weitergegeben (abgesehen davon, dass diese auch z.T. auf der Ordner-Innen-Seite zu finden waren), hatte den Teilnehmern eine symbolische Kraftdosis geschenkt ( so was wie Kinderschokolade + Traubenzucker)...<br />
aber ich glaube, dass es nur bei Einzelnen ankam.<br />
2-3 haben ihre Ordner auf dem Weg nach Hause hier liegen lassen. Kann passieren. Ist aber auch ein Zeichen dafür, dass es Wichtigeres gibt. Zum Beispiel: nach Hause zu kommen.</p>
<p>Dann wurde es mir heute Abend deutlich, wie <strong>heterogen</strong> die Gruppe ist!<br />
3 Personen mit viel Leitungserfahrung, die übrigens auch am Visions-Entwurf saßen.<br />
Ein paar Leute, die noch nicht wirklich lange dabei sind, zwar gerne dabei sind, aber ihre vorrangige Aufgabe wahrscheinlich nicht darin sehen, Gemeinde zu gründen. Ja, sie finden es interessant. Sie sind dafür. Aber eigentlich suchen sie <strong>einfach nur Annahme</strong> und - wie man in der christlichen Szene so sagt - eine "geistliche Heimat" (die es m.E. auf dieser Erde nicht gibt).<br />
Und Einzelne, die schlichtweg <strong>Praktiker</strong> sind und wenig Verständnis dafür haben, dass es sinnvoll sein kann, sich die Struktur einer Gemeinde einmal bewusst zu machen und zu kommunizieren.</p>
<p>Entsprechend empfand ich als HSP heute Abend viel Beklemmung, Distanz und Zähigkeit.<br />
<strong>Da hilft alles "Momentum-Machen" nix.</strong></p>
<p>Ich überlegte, ob es besser gewesen wäre, keinen Entwurf einzubringen, sondern das gesamte Team kreativ einen Entwurf erarbeiten zu lassen.<br />
Grundsätzlich bevorzuge ich diese Herangehensweise, weil damit die Chance erhöht wird, dass sich dann auch mehr Leute mit dem Ergebnis identifizieren können.<br />
Allerdings hege ich bezüglich unserer Gruppe eine gewisse Skepsis. Zumindest für heute Abend. Morgen sieht die Welt vielleicht wieder anders aus.<br />
Eine gewisse Skepsis deswegen:<br />
Eben, weil manche einfach nur angenommen sein wollen. Kreatives Teamwork ist dann eher wie ein netter, gemeinsamer Zeitvertreib.<br />
Eben, weil manche keine "Strukturisten" sind, sondern Praktiker. Kreatives Teamwork ist dann eher wie das Buddeln im Sandkasten. Unnütz.</p>
<p><strong>Was also tun?</strong><br />
Soll das Dreier-Team nun alles vorgeben und die anderen nicken nur ab?<br />
Das widerspricht eigentlich meinem Denken von Gemeinde.<br />
Sollen nur die wirklich Interessierten eingeladen werden, die an Thesenpapieren arbeiten wollen?<br />
Oder soll doch die kreative "Bastelphase" versucht werden?</p>
<p>Noch bin ich unsicher.<br />
Meine Tendenz ist:<br />
<strong>a)</strong> Eine Einladung zum <strong>"Theorie-Team" </strong>aussprechen für alle, die solche Entwurfsarbeiten lieben. Es könnte sein, dass es so beim Dreier-Team bleibt, wiewohl jeder mitmachen dürfte.<br />
<strong>b)</strong> Mit dem Rest der Gruppe wird <strong>Hauskreisarbeit</strong> gemacht, wobei durchaus die biblischen Themen beleuchtet werden könnten, die in solchen Thesenpapieren angesprochen werden. Es wäre wie eine normale Bibelarbeit, die aber für uns aktuell eine inhaltliche Relevanz für diese "Entwurfsphase" hätte.<br />
<strong>c)</strong> Es müsste stets ein wenig Zeit bleiben, damit auch die Praktiker ihre Bedürfnisse nennen können.</p>
<p>Nun ja - ich stecke drin.<br />
Für's Erste zeigt es mir:<br />
In der Theorie ist Teambuilding eine echt wichtige Sache.<br />
In der Praxis auch.<br />
Nur, dass es sich in der Theorie leichter anhört als es in der Praxis ist.<br />
Vielleicht war das der Grund, weshalb Jesus neben dem 12'er Team noch das Dreier-Team hatte. Vielleicht, weil die anderen neun Männer einfach zu wenig Sinn für manche Anliegen und mehr Sinn für andere Anliegen hatten.</p>
