I read the first volume of Kuroshitsuji and although the art and concept is great, it just didn't "WOW!" me. It's one of those "style over substance" series like D.Gray-man, Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicle, and Soul Eater, where the hip art design tries to overcompensate for a generic lackluster plot. However, you CAN do it right: Gurren Lagann is definately a series where the stylish art is partnered with an epic storyline. We'll see how the Kuroshitsuji anime does this season, but already I'm raising eyebrows at Ono Daisuke (Itsuki, Hosaka) + Sakamoto Maaya (Hitomi, OHS Haruhi) as Sebastian + Ciel. Certainly will be interesting.

Scheiße man, der Anime zu Tales of the Abyss ist großartig. Ich habe zwar bisher kein Wort verstanden, aber ich hoffe dass in den nächsten Tagen ein paar Leute Lust dazu haben, uns der englischen Sprache fähigen Menschen eine Freude zu machen.

Die unscharfen und ziemlich kleinen Screenshots tun mir leid, besser ging's noch nicht.

Emperor Peony? Ich habe keine Ahnung. Ich will Peony, Jade und Dist Szenen. Und zwar viele. Gah! Und wehe, es gibt keine Rappigs zu sehen.

Obwohl mir Dist im Anime ja immer noch ein bisschen Angst macht.. Und wtf, er hat rosa Haare.

Luke muss sich unbedingt bald die Haare abschneiden. Erstens weil Luke mit langen Haaren ein arrogantes Arsch ist, zweitens weil mir dieser hässliche orangegelbe Verlauf auf den Keks geht. Drittens ist Luke mit kurzen Haaren tatsächlich niedlich.

Das Ending ist so verdammt toll!

Es ist echt sowas von schön anzusehen, dass die meisten Dinge wohl sehr genau aus dem Original übernommen worden sind. Tales of the Abyss hat als bestes Spiel überhaupt 26 Episoden absolut verdient! Wenn die Qualität auf diesem Niveau gehalten werden kann (bzw. die Qualität, die ich mir einbilde - ich hab bisher ja nicht verstanden, wer was gesagt hat), wird es klasse.

 A few things were interesting though. Killerbee apparently had the upper hand while fighting Sasuke. That probably meant that he didn't finish him off and used the situation to give himself some time away from his village. Besides that, it is also very interesting to see that Killerbee and Hachibi have such a good relationship.

Now comes the question, "Will Naruto be able to strike such a relationship with the Kyuubi?" What will happen then after that? What kind of power will he be able to wield? It seems Kishi is building Naruto into a uber-character and right now he is putting him through all the training before showing some real skills in the future. Not sure how long that will take especially right now Pein is invading Konoha.

Natürlich. Ich freue mich jetzt schon lange auf die Animeumsetzung dazu, insbesondere weil sie ausnahmsweise mal nicht nur eine OVA mit gerade mal vier schäbigen Folgen ist, bei der mindestens die Hälfte der Story ausgelassen wird. Aber lassen wir das. Hoffen wir nur, dass das ganze auf nem schönen Niveau ist und wenigstens halbwegs an das Spiel herankommt. Der Trailer ist auf jeden Fall allein schon wegen "Karma" von Bump of Chicken vielversprechend und der Zeichenstil sieht ja schon mal ganz in Ordnung aus, wenn er mir auch nicht ganz so gefällt wie beim Original Artwork oder den Umsetzungen zu Tales of Phantasia und Tales of Symphonia.. Aber wahrscheinlich kann man nicht alles haben.

In den letzten Tagen bin ich so oft über den Titel gestolpert, dass ich nicht dran vorbeikam.. Nach den fünf Kapiteln des Mangas, die ich gelesen habe, wirkt die Serie auf jeden Fall schon mal interessant - außerdem ist der Zeichenstil von Toboso Yana einfach nur göttlich, Sebastian ist heiß (wahrscheinlich wird die Serie zu 80% nur deswegen geschaut) und Ciel ist verdammt niedlich, und das, obwohl er männlich ist. Ich sage sowas nicht oft. Ich steh eigentlich nicht so auf niedliche Charaktere. Obwohl, in letzter Zeit immer öfter.. das macht mir Angst. Wie auch immer, ich freu mich, dass ich dann wenigstens durch den Anime mehr über die Story erfahren kann, denn vom Manga hab ich nicht viel gefunden.

Da ich seit Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Aim for the Top! 2 und FLCL ja weiß, dass Gainax = Gott (Nr. 3) ist, werd ich mir Shikabane Hime garantiert antun und hoffe, dass ich nicht enttäuscht werde und es sich nachher doch nur um irgendeinen Shonen-Anime mit täglich neu auftauchenden random Monstern handelt. Der Hauptcharakter (?) sieht irgendwie aus wie eine hässliche Version von Kaworu aus Neon Genesis Evangelion. Ich sollte jetzt ins Bett gehen.

Ooo I can't wait to see the actual one.

Hier sortait l'épisode 25 de la deuxième saison. Avec celui-ci se termine la saga de notre héros préféré. Une fin qui avec le titre était prévisible mais je ne me fais toujours pas à l'idée de celle-ci. Code Geass R1 a pour mon cas été la saison la plus aboutie contrairement à la R2 qui a manqué de qualité vers la fin. Heureusement que le 25 a tout rattrapé.

Pour conclure, je vous souhaite sincèrement si ce n'est pas déjà fait, de vous procurer l'anime et de passer un bon moment. Si vous n'aimez pas les méchas (robots), ce n'est pas grave, forcez-vous et vous comprendrez que ce n'est pas qu'une simple bataille entre des machines. Bon épisode à tous et n'oubliez pas, il n'y aura pas de saison 3. Je ne vois pas comment il pourrait en être autrement de toute façon.
